Illegal immigrant will be expelled from the US again, ICE says

A Salvadoran who had previously been expelled from the United States after entering the country illegally will be expelled from the United States again, according to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service. Press release.

At an unknown time, the individual illegally re-entered the US, according to ICE, which notes that Border Patrol encountered him, as well as his wife and son, in March 2021.

“The non-citizen filed an application for asylum and withholding of removal with US Citizenship and Immigration Services in May 2022. “Deportation officers from ERO Baltimore’s Fugitive Operations Team arrested him at his residence in Cockeysville and served him with a notice of intent/decision to reinstate the previous deportation order. The Salvadoran national will remain in ICE custody pending his removal of the United States,” the press reported. release states.
