Britney Spears’ on-again, off-again boyfriend Paul Soliz’s estranged wife is struggling to track him down after failing to find him at the pop star’s home, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Paul’s ex, Nicole Mancilla, asked the court to not dismiss the divorce she filed against Paul in October.
Nicole explained that she needs more time to file a proof of service and alluded to her soon requesting permission to serve Paul via an alternative method, such as posting an advertisement in the newspaper.
As In Touch first reported, Nicole has been unable to find Paul for months. She hired a process server who drove out to Britney’s five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 13,264-square-foot mansion in Thousand Oaks, California, on November 14.
However, the process server said the security guard told him that Paul did not live at the address and that he was “not here at this time.” On November 16, the process server drove out to Britney’s home a second time.
He said the same guard told him that Paul did not live there and would not grant access to the property. The case is ongoing.
In her petition, Nicole revealed she has been married to Paul for eight years. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Nicole listed June 29, 2023, as the date of separation. Nicole asked the court to award her legal and physical custody of their four minor children. She proposed that Paul be awarded visitation.
In addition, Nicole asked that Paul be on the hook for monthly spousal support. She requested that Paul’s right to collect support be terminated.
Paul and Nicole wed in 2015. Page Six reported that Paul has a total of nine children from different women.
Earlier this year, Nicole spoke about Paul’s relationship with Britney, 43, in an interview with the Daily Mail. “My husband fell in Britney Spears p—sy,” she said. “He was married, and now he denies his children.”
Daily Mail reported that Paul was hired by Britney’s team in 2022 to serve as a housekeeper-type role at her California mansion.
In May, the then-couple had a reported blowout fight at the famed Chateau Marmont. An ambulance was called but Britney did not get in it and left with her security without further incident.
In August, sources told TMZ that Britney’s inner circle was growing concerned over the singer’s relationship with Paul.
The pop star’s friends were worried that she had rushed back into the romance despite believing it was not the best for her. For her part, Britney hasn’t been photographed with Paul in months.
As In Touch previously reported, Britney recently reunited with her sons, Jayden and Sean Preston, after being estranged for a period of time.
Earlier this week, the entertainer posted videos on social media of her hanging out with her teenagers. Jayden, 18, and Sean, 19, had moved to Hawaii with their father, Kevin Federline, last year.
Kevin has yet to speak about the teens reuniting with their mom.
