Was Social Media Influencer Ashton Hall Served With an Eviction Notice?

Fitness influencer Ashton Hall was sued for “lease termination” from his Miami, Florida, apartment, In Touch can exclusively confirm, but it wasn’t due to a failure to pay rent as some fans have claimed.
Ashton, 29, was sued for making a key fob, or allowing a key fob to be made, which was deemed a security violation and improper conduct in documents obtained by In Touch on Friday, March 28.
According to the paperwork, Ashton had to pay a $15,250 security deposit, and first and last month’s rent in the amount of $30,500 before moving in in May 2024. The apartment has become an integral part of Ashton’s social media presence through his viral “morning routine” videos.
The Brickell Flatiron Condominium Association Inc. claimed Ashton or “someone acting by or through the Tenant” breached “the Association’s security system and improperly cloned the key fob providing access to the common elements, condominium and property,” in October 2024, according to the suit. Both Ashton and the condo owner were placed on a written notice that month.
The filing claimed Ashton refused to move out and the owner refused to force the social media star to comply with the lease terms.
The case was dismissed without prejudice by the 11th Judicial Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, on Thursday March 27, although it is unclear whether it was settled or dropped.
Ashton has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.
In a Tuesday, March 25 Instagram post, the influencer celebrated reaching 9 million followers.
“9 Million on IG. A reminder to ignore the noise. Keep going!” Ashton captioned a video showing some of his now famous daily routines, including starting his day with a Saratoga Springs bottled water facial ice dip, as well as giving himself a banana peel face scrub.
Ashton was also seen eating a hearty lunch of meat and vegetables after putting on a designer sweater, pants, belt and shoes, along with pricey sunglasses and gold chains.
After reports surfaced that falsely claimed Ashton was evicted for financial reasons, haters began tearing into the influencer.
“Where Ashton Hall hides when his land lord asks for $9,587 unpaid rent,” one person wrote on X along with a shot of the Instagram star with his face buried in an ice bath.
“Ashton Hall got evicted and his ‘business’ make $0,” a second person claimed on X, while third person came to his defense, writing, “Ashton Hall went viral and I’ve seen 5 videos of people saying he got evicted, he in debt and he ain’t s–t. Real hate has taken over.”

The fitness coach’s unusual and unorthox routines have been parodied on social media, including Ashton’s slow-motion running videos and waking up to tear a piece of tape off of his mouth.
Ashton’s most recent Instagram post on Thursday, March 27, showed off his glow-up over the years as well as his rise to becoming a fitness Influencer.
One snapshot showed him in 2019 as a construction worker next to a 2025 photo wearing a designer suit.
In the slides that followed, Ashton showed how he went from a “4th string running back” in 2014, to a college dropout in 2018.
His journey in photos showed Ashton getting a job at an L.A. Fitness center in 2019 and quitting the following year while looking more buff. In 2021, Ashton bought his first car and started his career as an entrepreneur. His last slide showed him as a “trendsetter” in 2025, with his shirtless pose as he poured Saratoga Springs water into a bowl of ice for his facial dip.
“From fighting for a spot, to leading billions. You can do anything you want in this life, don’t let them tell you any different,” Ashton captioned his career journey in photos, along with a rocket ship emoji.
