2024 Election

Trump Shares Thanksgiving Day Message

President-elect Donald Trump posted his Thanksgiving Day message early Thursday morning on Truth Social and X, celebrating “the great people of our Nation” who just gave him a “landslide victory.”

Trump also called out “Radical Left Lunatics” in his post, saying they “have miserably failed.” The Thanksgiving Day message comes as Trump prepares for a second term in the White House, which will commence in less than two months.

“Happy Thanksgiving to all, including to the Radical Left Lunatics who have worked so hard to destroy our Country, but who have miserably failed, and will always fail, because their ideas and policies are so hopelessly bad that the great people of our Nation just gave a landslide victory to those who want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! Don’t worry, our Country will soon be respected, productive, fair, and strong, and you will be, more than ever before, proud to be an American!” Trump wrote.

Trump’s post takes on a similar tone as his 2023 Thanksgiving Day message when he also slammed “Radical Left Lunatics” and railed against New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought civil fraud charges against him. Trump also blasted President Joe Biden, who he said “allowed our Country to go to HELL,” and at the end of his message, Trump added, “Have no fear, however, we will WIN the Presidential Election of 2024, & MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Following his election victory, Trump also celebrated the dismissal of charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents and federal election charges, which were brought by special counsel Jack Smith.

“These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty and lawless, and should never have been brought,” Trump said. “Over $100 Million Dollars of Taxpayer Dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Party’s fight against their Political Opponent, ME.”

Trump will likely spend the Thanksgiving holiday at his Mar-a-Lago estate in South Florida, USA Today reported. The president-elect met with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg for dinner at Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday evening.
