Seann William Scott’s ex-wife, Olivia Korenberg, accused the actor of attempting to evict her from his $3 million home, weeks after she asked if her new boyfriend could meet their daughter, In Touch can exclusively report.
On April 11, Olivia, 35, filed a motion to modify the current child custody and support agreement, along with a request for attorney fees from Seann, 48. Seann and Olivia wed in 2019 and split in 2024.
They share a 4-year-old daughter.
The current agreement has Olivia and Seann sharing joint legal and physical custody. In her motion, Olivia asked the court to block Seann from forcing her and their daughter to vacate one of his homes he allowed them to stay in.
She also asked for permission to move more than 20 miles away from Seann. Olivia explained after the split she could not remain living in Malibu due to her “limited financial resources.”
She said Seann was adamant she live within 20 miles of his Malibu home.
She alleged he has been a successful actor for 26 years and has “significant financial resources and assets, including his debt-free Malibu home worth over $10 million, and an empty debt-free home in Venice worth over $4 million.”
Olivia claimed Sean purchased another $3.5 million home in Malibu in 2024, which she believed was for her and their daughter to live in until their daughter was 18.
She said after they reached this deal, Seann then told her she could only stay there for one year. Olivia said this was “unacceptable” because it did not provide stability or security and it would cause her financial strain.
However, she said she agreed to the terms due to Seann making it seem like she could live there for some time.
She said that she agreed to not have any other guests live at the home aside from their daughter and that she had to live in the home for a certain amount of days per year.
Olivia said she moved into the home in April 2024. She claimed Seann told her to make improvements, which she used her funds to do.
“Seann repeatedly encouraged me to spend the money, expressing that we would be there for a long time,” Olivia wrote in a declaration.
She said they agreed to a 50/50 custody schedule due to them living close to each other. Olivia said she has worked with Seann due to his busy work schedule for his TV show.
In November 2024, Olivia said she told Seann she planned to introduce someone she had been dating for five months.
She asked Seann if he wanted to meet her partner but he declined.
Olivia claimed 25 days later, Seann notified her by email that he planned to sell the home she was in which required her and their daughter to vacate the home by May 3.
She said she was “blindsided” by the “eviction.” Olivia said as of June 30, “[Our daughter] and I will have nowhere to live. I cannot afford housing in Malibu. Further, it is not secure to continue living in Malibu, as we have evacuated numerous times due to wildfires.”
“Seann never offered for us to stay in his Venice home that he has an empty detached 2-bedroom bungalow,” she said.
She said she’s looking for new homes but is struggling since she “doesn’t know what child support will be.” Olivia said she has always been [our daughter’s] primary parent. She said Seann was a “caring parent” but not a “day-to-day” parent.
“Since birth, [our daughter] has become accustomed to long stretches without seeing her father due to his career, and they have spent weeks to months apart, and they have successfully maintained their bond through FaceTime and phone calls,” she said.
In addition, she said she had concerns about Seann’s parenting. She pointed to his alleged “lack of communication regarding” their daughter’s safety.
She took issue with one of Seann’s friends being around their daughter.
She said the last time she saw she saw the friend he was “extremely intoxicated, used vulgar language in her presence, gave her a taste of his martini without our consent and created what I felt was an unsafe environment in the kitchen.”
Olivia said she believes Seann earns around $148,000 per month.
She said the $6,000 per month in child support was based on the 50/50 schedule, which she wants modified to give her more custody.
Olivia said the $6,000 amount was based on Seann allowing her to live in his home, which he is no longer allowing.
As a result, she said the child support should be increased.
She also asked that he not be allowed to kick her out until the court rules on her being able to move.
In addition, Olivia asked for $75,000 in attorney fees and $50,000 for accounting fees.
As In Touch first reported, earlier this year, Seann revealed his massive six-figure monthly income as part of the divorce war.
