RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti Hit With 6-Figure Judgment Over Unpaid Rent

Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti was ordered to pay a six-figure judgment over alleged unpaid rent owed on her yoga studio, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, an Orange County Superior Court judge awarded Jennifer, 47, and her business partners’ landlord $160,026.60 plus attorney fees in the amount of $5,950 for a grand total of $165,976.60.

Jennifer and her ex-husband, William Pedranti, along with two other partners in the business, were sued by Plaza El Paseo Center, the landlord of the O.C. shopping center where the yoga studio is located in 2023.

The lawsuit accused the defendants, who run Devi Rebel Yoga, of failing to pay rent owed on the property they leased in 2019. In court, the landlord said Jennifer and the other parties paid an $18,000 deposit and agreed to pay $4,651 per month in rent.

The rent increased over time and eventually went up to $9,000 per month.

“On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants, and each of them, failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time,” the suit claimed.

The landlord said the defendants were given notice of the breach in early 2023. The lawsuit demanded $130,000 in damages from the Bravo star and her business partners. Jennifer and her partners reached a settlement in early 2024.

Per the deal, Jennifer and the other defendants would pay a total of $160,000 to the landlord to resolve the matter. The landlord said the defendants would make three payments of $25,000 and then a final payment of $85,026 on December 31, 2024.

As In Touch first reported, back in October 2024, the landlord filed new documents claiming Jennifer and the others had breached the deal by failing to make the promised payments.

The landlord said the defendants made the first payment of $25,000 but none of the remaining payments.

In the motion, the landlord asked the court to enter a judgment of $160,000 against Jennifer and the other parties. At a hearing on April 2, the judge presiding over the case granted the landlord’s motion to enforce the settlement.

The order read, “The unopposed Motion to Enforce Settlement … wherein Plaintiff asks the Court to enter judgment for Plaintiff Plaza El Paseo Center, LLC and against Defendants Jennifer Pedranti, William Pedranti, [and the two other business partners] in the principal amount of $160,026.60 and award attorneys’ fees and costs in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation and Order of the Court filed May 28, 2024 in the amount of $5,950.27 is GRANTED.”

As In Touch first reported, Jennifer and her ex-husband are in the middle of a nasty court battle over support.

The Bravo star’s ex is attempting to cut off the $1,735 per month in spousal support, along with lower his $4,674 per month in child support. Jennifer opposed the request.

As part of his plea to reduce his support, William claimed one of their kids was living with him more and argued Jennifer was living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, with little living expenses.

Jennifer accused William of owing her a six-figure sum that was promised in the divorce settlement.

The battle is ongoing. Jennifer and William were married from 2002 to 2022. They worked out the initial settlement in June 2024.

Per the deal, they agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their children: Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh and Dominic.
