Read Seann William Scott’s Alleged Texts Used as Evidence By Ex

Seann William Scott’s ex-wife, Olivia Korenberg, submitted alleged texts sent by the actor into evidence in their court battle after accusing him of attempting to her them from one of his homes, In Touch can exclusively report.
Olivia used the alleged texts, obtained by In Touch, as exhibits to her recent motion asking the court to modify the current custody and support agreement. Seann, 48, and Olivia wed in 2019 and split in 2024. The exes share a 4-year-old daughter.
The current custody deal provides them with joint legal and physical custody. She said Seann wanted her to live within 20 miles of his Malibu home.
Olivia said the actor purchased a home in 2024 for her and their daughter to live in.
As In Touch first reported, Olivia claimed Seann told her she could only stay for one year on the eve of signing the deal. She said she objected because this did not provide her security.
However, Olivia said Seann made it seem like it was her home, and she could stay until their kid was 18. Olivia claimed she agreed to the deal, including the provisions that barred her from having anyone else live in the home. She said she moved in on April 4, 2024.

She said Seann encouraged her to make improvements with her own money. “Seann repeatedly encouraged me to spend the money, expressing that we would be there for a long time,” she alleged.
She said everything changed when she told Seann on November 5, 2024, that she intended to introduce her new partner to their daughter.
She said 25 days later, Seann notified her by email he intended to sell the home she was living in and she needed to vacate by May 3.
“I was blindsided by the eviction,” she said.

In one alleged text attached, Olivia wrote to Seann, “I just want you to know that I’m very committed to staying in Malibu and this house. [Our daughter] and I are both so happy here and I’m so thrilled with how we are navigating co parenting!!! Things are getting more serious in my relationship and I’ve been feeling like soon I will want to very slowly and mindfully introduce [our daughter].”
She continued in the alleged text, “It’s extremely important to me that you feel respected in that decision and if you feel like you’d like to meet him prior to me taking those next steps, we can absolutely do that. If that doesn’t interest you then I respect that as well. It’s a tricky thing to navigate and want to make sure it’s done in a way where you feel good.”
Seann allegedly wrote back, “Thanks for the note about the relationship and [our daughter]. I am a bit surprised, as in my mind I thought a year should pass since we told [our daughter] the decision to live separately before we started involving others in what is still, for the three of us, especially [our daughter], a new dynamic. This is what I’ve chosen to do. That said, I’m sure you will approach this with [our daughter] …”
In another alleged text, Seann told Olivia he loved the work done on the home. “I love your ideas for that powder room, I hope you do the wallpaper in there!”

Olivia submitted several alleged messages to back up her claims.
In her motion, Olivia said, “[Our daughter] and I will have nowhere to live. I cannot afford housing in Malibu. Further, it is not secure to continue living in Malibu, as we have evacuated numerous times due to wildfires.”
She pleaded with the court to not allow Seann to force her and their daughter to vacate until she finds a new place.
Olivia believes Seann earns around $148,000 per month, and believes there should be an increase in the $6,000 per month in child support, which was based on a 50/50 schedule.
Olivia also for $75,000 for her attorney fees and $50,000 for accounting fees. As In Touch first reported, as part of the legal battle, Seann revealed his massive six-figure monthly income as part of the divorce war.
