Pete Davidson ‘Doing a Lot Better’ After Mental Health Struggles (Excl)

Pete Davidson has all but retreated from the spotlight since July, when he canceled his stand-up comedy act and checked himself into a wellness facility for his mental health. But on December 16, the Saturday Night Live alum, 31, made a rare public appearance at the All In: Comedy About Love gala performance in New York City, smiling for the cameras as he walked the red carpet. “Pete’s doing a lot better,” a source exclusively tells In Touch. “He’s taking care of himself, eating right, listening to his doctors and staying away from booze and marijuana.”

The comedian, who has gone to rehab multiple times, is determined to make these lifestyle changes stick, the source says: “Pete feels proud of what he’s accomplished.”

“I’m very happy where I am right now, mentally,” Pete recently shared.
