Hulk Hogan’s Son Nick Pleads With Judge to End Probation
Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan pleaded with a judge to terminate his probation six months before schedule as part of his DUI case, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, earlier this month, Nick, 34, asked that the one-year probation end immediately.
Nick (real name: Nicholas Bollea) said he had completed all conditions and paid all fines and costs associated with his sentence.
Nick pled guilty to a DUI charge on June 21. He was sentenced to probation, had his license suspended for one year and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.
On top of that, the judge ordered Nick to enroll in a DUI course and pay around $1,000 in fines. Nick was ordered to stay away from restaurants or bars that serve alcohol.
“I’m very sorry for all of this going on,” Nick said at his sentencing. “I never wanted to be in this position again.”
A court hearing is scheduled for this month where Nick and his legal team can argue their position to the judge.
Back in November 2023, Nick was arrested for a DUI in Clearwater, Florida. The incident occurred around 4 a.m.
TMZ reported that officers accused Nick of refusing to submit to a breath test at the scene. Nick was taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
Hours before the arrest, Nick was spotted at his father Hulk’s restaurant working as a DJ for a bikini contest.
In bodycam footage from the scene, Nick could be seen telling police that his breath smelled like alcohol because he had kissed his girlfriend.
The officer asked Nick, “Is that what you’re going to go with?”
Back in 2007, Nick was involved in a horrible car accident that left the passenger in his car severely injured. Nick was 17 at the time and crashed his car while driving fast. Nick’s passenger, John Graziano, was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The passenger was eventually released from the hospital but needs full-time care.
His family said he suffered brain damage from the crash. John’s mother spoke out against Nick after he was arrested for a DUI.
She told TMZ the arrest showed Nick had a “total lack of respect for what (he) did to another person’s life and you’re still driving reckless.”
She added, “I can only pray that at some point in his life, while he still has the chance, that he turns his life around. Until then I hope no one else gets hurt.”
Debra continued, “I grieve the virtual loss of my son on a daily basis. I thank God daily that at least I have John here with us at home.”
John’s mom said he had lost the ability to live a normal life but she was happy to have him alive.
Nick was hit with charges over the 2007 crash and faced accusations that he was speeding. He denied the claims. He eventually entered a plea of no contest and was sentenced to eight months in jail.
He was ordered to serve five years of probation, complete 500 hours of community service and had his driver’s license suspended for three years.
