Fisher-Price is pulling two of its popular baby toys off shelves over fears that tiny tots could choke on broken pieces, according to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The April 10 recall affects the tissue box toy that comes with the brand’s 3-in-1 SnugaPuppy Activity Center, along with its Brunch & Go Stroller Toy — both called back after small parts reportedly wound up in babies’ mouths.
No injuries have been reported, but the toymaker is urging parents to take action before playtime turns dangerous.
The tissue box toy — not the full SnugaPuppy unit — is under fire after a small support bracket came loose.
The red-and-white toy includes colorful cloth “tissues” with striped and spotted textures — now flagged as a hazard.
One parent reported finding the part in their infant’s mouth, prompting the recall.
The $130 activity center, sold at Walmart, Amazon, and other retailers bought between November 2022 and February 2025, has a model number of HLV78 printed on the underside.
About 15,300 units were sold in the U.S., plus another 2,000 in Canada.
Parents are told to remove the tissue box from the activity center, keep it away from kids, and request a free replacement from Fisher-Price.
Before tossing the toy, they’ll need to mark it with the word “Recall,” draw an “X” on the cloth tissues and upload a photo to Fisher-Price’s recall site.
The second recall targets the Brunch & Go Stroller Toy — a foodie-themed accessory featuring avocado toast, a tomato mirror, crinkle bacon and a smiling egg teether.
According to the company, the “yolk” of the egg has cracked in five reported incidents — with two babies supposedly ending up with small pieces in their mouths.
The toy, priced around $13, was sold at big-name stores including Walmart, Kohl’s, Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Amazon from February 2022 through March 2025.
Nearly 253,000 were sold in the U.S., plus 4,500 in Canada.
The model number (HGB85) can be found on the tag attached to the toast.
Customers should pull the toy immediately, keep it away from kids, and follow the same “recall” marking-and-photo upload instructions via Fisher-Price’s safety alerts page.
