Boy, 16, stabbed in chest, abdomen 5 times with screwdriver in NYC, leaving him in critical condition: sources

A 16-year-old boy was critically injured when he was stabbed five times in the chest and abdomen – possibly with a screwdriver – Sunday evening in Brooklyn, according to cops and law enforcement sources.

The attack happened around 6:50 p.m. at the intersection of Carrol Street and Rochester Avenue in Crown Heights when an assailant or assailants assaulted the teen victim, cops said.
