Trump predicts that Biden will not be the Democratic nominee in 2024
Former President Donald Trump predicted Tuesday that President Joe Biden will not be the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee in 2024.
During a Fox News town hall in Iowa, host Sean Hannity said Biden is “struggling cognitively” and asked Trump if he thinks Biden will be the Democratic nominee in the next election.

“I think he’s in bad shape physically,” Trump also said, later adding, “mentally I would say he’s possibly just as bad, and maybe even worse.”
Biden is 81, while Trump is 77. Biden’s tendency to lose his train of thought while speaking, along with moments caught on camera in which he stumbled or fell, have raised concerns, even among Democrats, about Biden’s ability to lead effectively. Still, Biden, like Trump, is running as the clear favorite of his party.
Trump also responded to Biden telling donors on Tuesday that he was “not sure” about running for re-election in 2024 if Trump did not also seek a second term.

And that’s what people want.” Trump saidAnd he added: “They want our country to be great again. Right now we are not a great country. We are a country in decline. “We are a country in decline.”
