Selling Sunset alum Christine Quinn’s fired off a subpoena as part of her messy divorce battle with her estranged husband, Christian Dumontet, In Touch can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Christine, 35, and her legal team fired off the subpoena to Needham Bank in Maryland.
Christine demanded the bank answer questions about accounts held by Christian, 44, and a company called RealOpen Realty. She asked for information and documents — from May 1 to present — on any account opened by either party or under Christian’s social security number.
Christine told the bank to produce copies of all statements and records of deposits and their offsets, withdrawals, transfers and documents reflecting other account activity for any type of account Christian may hold at Needham Bank.
In addition, the subpoena demanded, “Copies of all applications to modify or alter account statuses, titles, access, privileges, or permissions for any and all accounts in the name of the above-captioned persons/entities or held on behalf of the above-captioned persons/entities, or on which accounts the above-captioned persons/entities is authorized to make transactions.”
The subpoena also asked for records of any credit card applications, credit card statements, loan applications, any documents reflecting income or expenses and information pertaining to current or expired safe deposit box rentals by Christian.
Christian has yet to respond to Christine’s subpoena.
As In Touch first reported, Christine and Christian have been battling it out since March.
The drama started after cops were called to their home. Christine accused Christian of throwing a bag of glass that allegedly hit their son. He denied the accusation.
Christian was taken into custody on an assault with a deadly weapon charge.
He posted a $30,000 bond and was released from jail. He filed for divorce from Christine weeks later.
In his petition, Christian claimed “irreconcilable differences” were the reason for the breakup. He asked the court for sole legal custody of their son.
Christian also requested that Christine not be awarded spousal support. The exes also filed dueling restraining orders against the other. The court granted Christine a temporary restraining order, requiring Christian to stay 100 yards away from the reality star.
Christine was also granted exclusive use of their L.A. home.
As In Touch first reported, in August, Christian accused Christine of abandoning the home she was awarded exclusive use of and allowing it to be unkept. His attorney told the court, “It is clear that [Christine] is not maintaining the property as the martial home, nor the familial home for the child. [Christine] does not reside at the property nor has she maintained it since at least July of this year.”
Christian’s lawyer continued, “[Christine] is now in violation of the [court order requiring] her to maintain the property.”
Christian claimed Christine’s refusal to maintain the property created “massive damage to the house” and exposed him to criminal action as the owner of the home. Christine asked the court to deny her ex’s request to allow him back inside the home. The divorce is ongoing.
