Rosie O’Donnell’s Daughter to Seek Treatment After 3rd Arrest

Rosie O’Donnell’s troubled daughter, Chelsea O’Donnell, revealed to a judge that she plans to seek “treatment” once released from jail, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, on Wednesday, December 4, Chelsea, 27, requested a furlough from the $7,500 cash bail set by a Wisconsin judge following her third arrest in two months.

Chelsea’s lawyer asked for the furlough to allow for “AODA treatment.”

Her lawyer said the treatment could begin as early as December 9.

In her motion, Chelsea’s lawyer wrote, “Counsel has spoken with Ms. O’Donnell about the specific details of the treatment obtained for Ms. O’Donnell and would like to directly the court regarding the specific details of the treatment out of respect for the personal information involved.” The judge denied the request the following day.

As In Touch first reported, Chelsea has been behind bars ever since her latest arrest on November 18. Chelsea was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor resisting an officer, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and several other charges.

The latest arrest went down after cops pulled over a car Chelsea was a passenger in.

They found a smoking device with meth residue on it. During questioning, Chelsea told one officer that she had plans to enter an intensive outpatient program the following week. Chelsea told the police officer that she wanted to get off drugs. She told the officer she did not have any drugs on her.

Despite her claim, officers found a bottle with meth and various pills inside Chelsea’s body during a strip search at the jail.

As In Touch first reported, Chelsea’s legal issues started back on September 10 when she called police. The dispatch heard an argument and sent officers to check out Chelsea and her boyfriend Jacob Nelund’s home.

Officer said they arrived at the scene and found Chelsea with dilated pupils. Officers found a meth pipe with meth residue along with meth on Chelsea. The police report described her as “sweating profusely and very jittery.”

Inside the home, officers described a horrific scene of rooms filled with garbage, drugs and needles.

Chelsea and Jacob’s 11-month-old son was found near a meth pipe.

The report read, “Inside the bedroom belonging to Chelsea, where [Atlas] was initially found, there was a meth pipe, a gem bag with methamphetamine inside, a marijuana grinder, and another container with marijuana shake in it.”

Another officer wrote, “The inside of the house was disgusting; throughout the house I saw rotten food, dirty moldy dishes, milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with physics [sic: feces] and blood stains, and used razor blades on the floor. The living conditions in the house were horrible. I searched in the bathroom and did not find anything of interest.”

Another officer described the scene writing, “Inside the bedroom that appeared to be designated as [the child’s] room, there were numerous used hypodermic needles. Several of them were loaded with blood. There were old apples, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].”
