Holiday joy! Jeremiah Duggar and wife Hannah revealed to fans that she’s pregnant with baby No. 3, sharing the news in a Tuesday, December 24, Instagram post.
“Life with our little girls has been wonderful and we are so excited about adding a third little girl to this group late next spring!” Jeremiah, 25, and Hannah, 29, wrote in a joint post. In the accompanying photo, they each held one of their daughters in one arm while holding on to pink baby booties with their free hand.
The couple has expanded their family quickly after tying the knot on March 26, 2022. Their daughter Brynley was born in December 2022, and while Brielle came along in February 2024.
While Jeremiah has 18 brothers and sisters, Hannah comes from an equally large family. She’s the ninth of 13 children in the Wissmann family. Her parents, Loren and Gloria Wissmann, are close with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and their children grew up knowing each other.
Well wishes flooded the comments of Jeremiah and Hannah’s post, as her younger sister, Alaythia Wissmann, wrote, “The absolute BEST!!!! Can’t wait to meet her already!!!” The youngest Wissmann sibling, Charissa, added, “Ahhh!!!!! Can’t wait to meet baby girl!!!”
Jeremiah introduced Hannah to his Instagram followers on October 27, 2021, sharing a series of photos of the couple. He wrote, “Never been so happy. Never felt so blessed!!”
The former 19 Kids and Counting star continued, “Getting to know each other has been one of the greatest joys of our lives! We are excited to start sharing our story with all of you and to see what God has in store for our future,” along with the hashtag, “my girlfriend.”
On January 6, 2022, Jeremiah announced that he proposed, sharing a series of photos from the big moment, including getting down on one knee. “She said YES!!!!” he proclaimed in the caption. “Hannah, getting to know you for the past year has been so incredible! I can’t even find the words to describe it. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I cannot wait to marry you. I love you!!”
Two months later, the pair tied the knot at the Lilac Hill wedding venue in Louisville, Nebraska, near where the Wissmann family lives. Jeremiah’s brothers Jedidiah, James and Jason served in the wedding party, along with Hannah’s sisters Susanna, Alaythia, 25, and Charissa, 18.
A second wedding between a Duggar and Wissmann sibling went down on August 15, when Jana Duggar married Stephen Wissmann.
At the time, Jeremiah joked about the newlyweds when posing for a photo following the ceremony. “I liked the last Duggar/Wissmann wedding better, but this one was great too,” he wrote. “Congratulations Stephen & Jana! We’re so happy for y’all!!”
The certified flight instructor grows more in love with Hannah by the day, sharing adoring Instagram posts about his wife.
On February 14, Jeremiah shared a photo of his wife holding a bouquet of red roses, writing, “Best Valentine ever. I love you, Hannah!” The following month on their second wedding anniversary, he posted a throwback photo from their big day, adding, “2 years ago today! I can’t believe it! Thank you so much for making it the sweetest years of my life. I love you Hannah!”
