An Arkansas man is behind bars on multiple charges after firing a gun in the parking lot of the Empire Mall on Tuesday evening.
According to the Sioux Falls Police Department, several callers reported seeing two males arguing outside a parked vehicle in the parking lot of the Empire Mall around 7:10 pm on Tuesday.
During the fight, one of them pulled out a handgun and fired a shot.
Afterwards, both males entered the same vehicle and quickly left the scene.
