Statue of a Fool.. ‘Trail of Governors’ Noem statue unveiling delayed to August

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Trail of Governors Foundation Board has announced that the unveiling of former Governor Kristi Noem’s statue has been delayed by two months.

The ceremony, which was supposed to take place Friday, June 12, will now take place Friday, August 7, at 10:00 a.m. in Pierre.

The Trail of Governors says the postponement is to accommodate Noem’s schedule in her new role as U.S. Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.
