New audio captures Kristi Noem being publicly humiliated by her husband, Bryon—revealing his desire to transition genders, his chosen female name, controversial ICE-related messages, and what may be the most devastating insult imaginable for a spouse

Kristi Noem’s husband, Bryon, had an on-off secret online relationship with a left-wing dominatrix for more than nine years, the Daily Mail can exclusively reveal.

At times, the former homeland security secretary’s husband encouraged Shy Sotomayor as she repeatedly insulted his wife. Bryon fantasized about ‘leaving’ Kristi for the woman he worshipped as his ‘goddess’ and discussed his desire to transition his gender through surgery and hormone therapy.

Sotomayor – a 5ft sex worker known as Raelynn Riley with extra-large 2500cc breast implants – has shared dozens of phone recordings and online messages with the Daily Mail, revealing her conversations with the now 56-year-old insurance company executive who used the alias Jason Jackson.

We have confirmed the telephone number used was Bryon’s, who also paid for their conversations using an email under the pseudonym ‘Chrystalballz666’ and admitted he would like to be referred to by the name Crystal.

In the recordings Bryon is heard professing his subservience to Sotomayor, who wasn’t shy in dissing his wife, then-head of the DHS, and in particular criticizing her handling of aggressive ICE operations in Minneapolis.

In fact, Bryon was apparently so unfazed by Sotomayor ridiculing Kristi that he told the dominatrix she was ‘so much better’ than his wife and that he didn’t ‘think [his] family stands a chance compared to [her].’

In the end, Sotomayor said, Bryon’s demands for her attention seemingly grew so desperate that, by late March, she started cutting back on their paid online and phone sessions.

‘He needed to just talk and talk, and it felt more personal than I was comfortable with,’ said the 30-year-old from Colorado Springs who says she made tens of thousands of dollars off the relationship.

Dominatrix Shy Sotomayor, who goes by the stage name Raelynn Riley, says Bryon Noem served as her ‘obedient boy’ on and off over nearly a decade

These new revelations come just days after the Daily Mail exposed Kristi’s husband as a secret cross-dresser who has a fetish for donning gigantic fake breasts to chat online with adult entertainers from the ‘bimbofication’ scene – where porn performers transform themselves into real-life Barbie dolls by pumping colossal amounts of saline into their breasts.

National security experts have warned that Bryon’s brazen behavior could have exposed his wife to blackmail: the 54-year-old MAGA favorite was handling highly sensitive matters of national security.

‘If a media organization can find this out, you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well,’ said former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos.

Trump only ousted Kristi from his Cabinet in March amid, among other controversies, rumors that she had been having a longstanding affair with her aide Corey Lewandowski, the President’s former campaign manager.

But even after dominatrix Sotomayor discovered his true identity late last year, Bryon seemed unconcerned, saying, ‘It doesn’t matter.’

‘F*** your family,’ Sotomayor texted Bryon in November, later calling the whole Noem clan ‘gross.’

‘Love that,’ he responded.

‘Besides the fact of who your wife is, no one is prettier than me. No one is as powerful,’ she continued.

‘F***ing true. Do you want me to be a woman?’ he wrote.

‘Do you want to be a woman for me,’ she asked.

‘I think I do,’ he replied.

In a recording of a phone conversation they had weeks later, Bryon can be heard telling Sotomayor that he loved her.

‘So much better than your wife, aren’t I?’ she asked.

‘You’re so much better,’ he said.

In a string of texts on iMessage Sotomayor writes: ‘There’s no female compared to me. Especially your wife’, to which Bryon replies: ‘True!!!’

‘I can see us leaving our spouses for each other,’ he later told her.

Records of their conversations show how gripped Bryon apparently was by his fantasies about hooking up with, being dominated by and resembling the kind of big-breasted, highly made-up ‘bimbo’ that he apparently fetishized.

‘I need to be your trans bimbo slut,’ he wrote Sotomayor.

Their chats also shed light on his recklessness. In one conversation, he casually dismissed what Sotomayor pointed out were the risks of being spotted together during a trip he said he wanted to take with her to New York City.

‘I don’t give a f***,’ he told her.

‘Not even if you got recognized?’ she asked.

‘I don’t care… You know what I want?… To be seen with you. … I don’t give a f*** about anything else… It’s time we been seen together,’ he said.

Ultimately, he did not pay her the $20,000 she required to meet him there in person.

National security experts have warned that Kristi could have been exposed to blackmail while she led efforts to secure the Southern border and fight terrorism as head of the DHS.

Marc Polymeropoulos, a CIA veteran of 26 years, told the Daily Mail: ‘Damaging information like this can be a tantalizing lead for a hostile intelligence service.

‘They approach the person and say, if you work with us we won’t expose this, and if you don’t, we will. That’s espionage 101.’

That same day, the kinky conversation carried on with Sotomayor asking ‘do you want to be a woman for me,’ and Noem replying: ‘I think I do’

Bryon first struck up the correspondence with Sotomayor in 2016 when she was 21, she tells the Daily Mail.

At that point, she was freshly enhanced by her third boob job and honing what she calls her ‘bimbo persona’ as an online content creator.

According to Sotomayor, although Bryon at first reached out to her through Twitter, they went on to converse mainly on Streammate, an adult entertainment platform featuring live webcam model services, and on Skype.

She said he paid $15 per minute for her to chat with and pose for him. Rather than wanting to see her ginormous breasts naked, she said, he preferred that she stuff them into tight-fitting latex and leather.

She said their sessions were sporadic for about five years, with Bryon delighting as much in her bossy repartee – Sotomayor calling him her ‘obedient boy’ and ‘slave’ – as in his views of her bosom.

Sotomayor believes that she checked multiple boxes for him in that she physically embodies the bimbo aesthetic he craves, yet was able to support him emotionally and challenge him intellectually.

‘He really liked a confident woman,’ she told the Daily Mail. ‘I don’t embrace the airhead, ditzy personality that a lot of bimbos do. I expect to be worshipped, not degraded.’

She said Bryon especially appreciated hearing her talk about her other married clients who are ‘bored of their wives.’

‘I think that gave him some sort of comfort that he wasn’t alone,’ she said.

Bryon, living in South Dakota, was one of Sotomayor’s higher-end patrons, at first paying her mainly in Amazon gift cards, designer handbags, platform boots, fetish heels and a new cell phone so she could take better selfies to send him, she told the Daily Mail.

For years, she took his word for it when he claimed to be the CEO of a company in Chicago.

He abruptly cut off contact with her without explanation around 2020. That, she later learned, was the year after his wife had become the governor of South Dakota.

Kristi had won office as that state’s first female governor largely by touting her faith, moral responsibility and Christian conservative values.

With a roster of other clients, Sotomayor said she didn’t think much about Bryon until ‘he just popped back into my life like a little groundhog’ about five years later in October 2025.

He used the same online alias as he had before, and kept his camera off during all their conversations, ensuring that his gaze was on her, but hers never on him. He did not share images of himself with inflated balloons stuffed into tight shirts as he did with other online sex workers in exclusive Daily Mail photos that have now gone viral.

Sotomayor said Bryon did, however, sound kinkier than he had before their hiatus, at first letting her know he wore women’s thongs to his office.

Records of their conversations show how gripped Noem was by his fantasies of being dominated by and himself looking like the kind ‘bimbo’ that he fetishized. In one, he admits he wants to be a ‘crystal’ – a female name – ‘so bad’

Over time, records show that he shared his hopes of having a Brazilian butt lift, breast implants, a hair transplant, hormone therapy and plastic surgery to make his face look more feminine.

He also expressed a desire to go by the woman’s name, Crystal.

‘I want to be a Crystal so bad,’ he wrote on January 11. ‘I want to be a woman so bad.’

Records show he was paying for their conversations using the email address with the name ‘Chrystalballz666’.

Sotomayor recalls being surprised that he chose a female name so similar to that of his wife, Kristi, who is known for drastic changes in her own appearance, or so-called MAGA makeover, before and during her 13 months in Trump’s Cabinet.

‘I was just jaw to the floor, thrown for a loop that he wanted to be called that, so close to her name, when he could have gone with Stephanie or something,’ she said.

Once they reconnected last fall, Sotomayor said, it became clear that her client wanted frequent, near-daily sessions with an intensity that far exceeded their earlier correspondence. Their conversations in November alone cost him about $7,600, she noted.

They spoke so frequently and for so long, she said, that they sometimes lapsed from their fantasy role-playing into more mundane chatter.

At one point, she said, he asked her to name her favorite Christmas movie. At another, he wanted to know if she likes Chinese food.

By January 16 – midway between Good’s and Pretti’s killings – he wrote her panicked, telling her he had to go dark to deal with some ‘family stuff’ and admitted things are ‘really bad at home’

Sotomayor said that Bryon came to occupy so much of her time and to pay her so much money that her own husband urged her to run his phone number and post office box address through an internet search. It was only then that she realized his real identity.

‘I felt he was very hypocritical for standing ten toes on American family values while he was in my messages about wanting to be a trans bimbo b***h,’ she said, noting that she started recording their conversations over the winter.

She sensed tinges of shame and self-loathing in their conversation as Bryon occasionally told her he needed to stop chatting and ‘grow up’.

Sotomayor’s discomfort about her client grew in January after federal officers fatally shot Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis under his wife’s watch.

It galled Sotomayor to see the DHS secretary posthumously attack both victims – Kristi accusing Pretti, an intensive care nurse, of ‘domestic terrorism’ – and she ultimately felt she could no longer remain silent, even while role-playing.

‘Did you think that I wouldn’t find out who you were?’ Sotomayor told Bryon on January 10, three days after Good’s killing.

‘I knew you knew,’ he said.

Sotomayor says she earned tens of thousands of dollars from her years-long online relationship with the married executive

According to Sotomayor, the two first connected in 2016 but he abruptly cut off contact with her without explanation around 2020. They reconnected again in 2025 after a five-year break ¿ resuming their secret exchanges under the same alias

It was only after Bryon abruptly cut off contact with her without explanation around 2020 – that, she later learned, was the year after he had become the first gentleman of South Dakota

‘Do you care that I know,’ Sotomayor said.

‘It doesn’t matter,’ Bryon replied. ‘I don’t love the fact that you know who I am, but it is what it is.’

‘I think it makes it more fun,’ she told him.

By January 16 – around the midpoint between Good and Pretti’s deaths – Sotomayor said Bryon sounded panicked, telling her he had to go dark to deal with some ‘family stuff’.

‘Really bad at home. Really bad. I’ve got to go and figure me out. It’s bad. Sorry and thank you,’ he wrote.

‘I’m here for you,’ she responded.

‘I’ve got to stop everything and focus on me. Thank you. I’ll be deleting all my stuff,’ he wrote, referring to the many online accounts on which they’d been communicating.

‘Is it because of everything going on right now with ICE?’ she asked.

‘And life,’ he wrote.

‘Yeah I’m sure it’s stressful,’ she texted.

The Daily Mail last week revealed exclusive images of Bryon Noem posing in fake breasts and hot pink pants as part of an online life he has kept hidden

Two weeks later, on January 31, he was back chatting again, this time defending his marriage. ‘I do like my wife and I know you don’t,’ he wrote.

‘To be honest. She’s not [very] likable,’ Sotomayor responded.

‘There’s no female compared to me. Especially your wife,’ she later added.

‘True!!!’ he texted.

‘And f*** your wife. Don’t you think, after everything she’s done, she deserves this?’ she wrote in another thread that same day.

‘Deserves what?’ he asked.

‘You actually worshipping a woman who deserves it, instead of staying loyal to her,’ Sotomayor wrote in reference to the thousands of dollars he was paying her.

‘I don’t know what to say to that. She’s a good person. You are amazing though,’ he wrote.

‘Is she?’ Sotomayor asked in response to his assessment of his wife’s character. ‘After everything that’s going on, and she’s done?’

He urged her not to believe everything she reads in the news.

‘Can talk to you tonight, but I will regret it tomorrow. Because I’m still with her,’ he wrote.

Sotomayor pressed the issue.

‘Like being honest, idk how you can be with her. Why sink with the ship?’ she asked.

They chatted more about Kristi shooting the family’s dog, as she boasted in her memoir, with Bryon writing, ‘So stupid people talk about that. So stupid.’

‘Why?’ Sotomayor asked.

‘Let’s talk about something else,’ he wrote.

‘Okay,’ she responded.

‘People are clueless,’ he texted.

‘That’s fine. If you say so love,’ she wrote.

The dominatrix and political-husband-turned-wannabe-bimbo kept up their role-playing well after Trump fired his wife from his Cabinet on March 5.

Their last correspondence came on the evening of March 22, when Bryon texted Sotomayor asking for a phone call and she refused, saying it was too late.

She told the Daily Mail the real reason for her refusal was less the hour than the intensity of their conversations, a decision to step back and distance herself from what she perceived as his increasingly unhealthy neediness.

‘I needed to set some boundaries and just take care of myself,’ she said. ‘I’ve had moments when I’m wondering how did this become my life. I just never thought I would be the mistress to ICE.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to Bryon Noem for comment.
