Anti-ICE agitators plan protests across SoCal a day after clashing with federal agents

Ant-ICE protesters will be back at it again on Saturday after clashing with federal agents in a violent confrontation in downtown Los Angeles on Friday.

Hundreds of unruly anti-ICE protesters were locked in a hostile standoff with federal agents outside the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building, pushing a large red dumpster toward the entrance as a shield.

Federal agents were forced to use pepper-spray as the group attempted to storm the building.

Most of the crowd covered their faces with masks, scarves and gas masks.

Others scrawled “F*** ICE” in spray paint along a concrete barrier.

They also piled up a large amount of cardboard and other debris outside the building.

Los Angeles faces similar scenes again today, with organizers had planned at least nine protests across the Los Angeles area, including one outside City Hall at 2 p.m.

“Everyday Americans are coming together to demand the immediate and permanent removal of ICE, DHS, CBP from communities at over 300 events nationwide,” organizers with the group 50501 SoCal said, according to ABC 7.
