Militant Rips Open Door of Federal Vehicle During Minneapolis Riot

A left-wing agitator brazenly opened the door of a vehicle departing a federal facility in Minneapolis on Thursday night, prompting an overwhelming response from tactical units and riot police.
Extremists raged outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building all day before launching more extreme tactics after nightfall.
Drivers entering and exiting the complex were forced to navigate a gauntlet of militants who bashed and kicked vehicles and hurled projectiles.
At one point, a male insurgent approached a moving pickup truck and ripped the door open as it passed.
This dangerous escalation prompted federal authorities to launch an overwhelming crackdown on the mob, crushing the hours-long insurrection within minutes.
